Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking an IAM Engineer to act as a strategic anchor for the organization’s identity program. You will lead the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise IAM platforms, ensuring secure access across cloud and on‑premise environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to draft roadmaps, implement SSO/MFA, and automate identity workflows. A strong background in AD/LDAP, SSO, and RBAC is essential, with a focus on reducing risk and enabling business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years IT/Cybersecurity experience with at least 4 years IAM focus.
• Experience with SSO/MFA and IAM platforms; vendor certifications are a plus.
• Strong scripting/automation skills and tooling experience.
• Excellent documentation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and engineers IAM platforms and technologies.
• Designs architecture and deployment of IAM infrastructure (IGA/AM/PAM).
• Leads identity governance, RBAC and access management initiatives.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather access requirements and ensure IAM service delivery.
• Monitors IAM systems, handles incidents, and maintains runbooks and documentation.
