EDF power solutions North America is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead administration, architecture, and governance of IAM across cloud and on-prem environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure access controls and automation, and to enhance the organization’s identity strategy.

The role supports hybrid work (San Diego, CA or Remote in the U.S.).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 6 years IT/Cybersecurity, with at least 4 years IAM administration.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or vendor credentials preferred.
• Experience writing technical documentation and runbooks for identity management.
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience integrating IAM with SaaS and on-premise apps.

Responsabilidades

• IAM Platform Administration & Engineering: core admin/configuration of IAM platforms.
• Integrate IAM with apps using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Develop connectors/workflows for non-standard applications.
• Manage Active Directory and LDAP directory services, ensuring data integrity.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for provisioning and health checks.
• Contribute to strategic IAM roadmap and architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; train IT staff on IAM policies/tools.
• Design SSO and MFA solutions for cloud and on-prem apps.
• Monitor IAM systems; respond to incidents; maintain runbooks.
• Governance, audit, and compliance activities for IAM.
