Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead enterprise IAM initiatives within our Cybersecurity team. You will architect, deploy, and operate IAM platforms and ensure secure access across cloud and on‑prem applications.

Responsibilities include building SSO/MFA solutions, managing directory services (AD/LDAP), and automating IAM tasks with PowerShell and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent years of experience may be considered.
• Minimum 6 years in IT/Cybersecurity with at least 4 years focused on IAM.
• Certifications like CISSP, CompTIA Security+ preferred.
• Experience writing SOPs/runbooks and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience integrating IAM with SaaS and on-premises systems.

Responsibilities

• IAM Platform Administration: administer core IAM platforms and technologies.
• Implement and maintain SSO/MFA across cloud and on-prem apps.
• Directory services management: AD/LDAP data integrity and provisioning.
• Automation: develop scripts (PowerShell, Python) for IAM tasks.
• Policy and governance: RBAC, least privilege, access reviews.
