McLane is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, engineer, govern, and support enterprise identity services across hybrid environments. You will implement lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC/ABAC, and PAM integrations while aligning to Zero Trust principles and security best practices.

The role partners with IT, Cybersecurity, HR, and business stakeholders to improve security and operational efficiency, involving architecture reviews and IAM

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity/IT or a related technical field.
• 3+ years in Identity & Access Management or related IT disciplines.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical IAM workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into IAM solutions.
• Evaluate infrastructure, cloud platforms, and SaaS for integrations and risks.
• Design identity data flows and system specifications for enterprise identity services.
• Support identity governance, lifecycle management, and RBAC/ABAC implementations.
• Develop test strategies and validate IAM solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
