McLane Co. is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Digital Identity team.

You will design, engineer, govern, and support enterprise identity services while driving secure, scalable access management across the organization. This hybrid role requires reporting to the Temple, TX area at least three days a week, collaborating with IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver lifecycle management, governance, and PAM

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of IAM, systems engineering, or related IT disciplines.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical workflows and system designs.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity and directory technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Identity Architecture & Business Systems Analysis: translate business requirements into IAM solutions.
• Evaluate infrastructure, cloud platforms, and SaaS for integration opportunities and risks.
• Formulate architecture designs and data flows for enterprise identity services.
• Assess IAM/IGA/PAM technologies for operational needs and compliance.
• Support identity strategies aligned with Zero Trust and security best practices.
• Identity Lifecycle Management & Automation: design joiner/mover/leaver workflows and provisioning.
• Coordinate PAM integrations, vaulting, session monitoring, and JIT access.
• Develop test strategies and validation procedures for IAM solutions.
