McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Digital Identity team in Temple, TX.

This hybrid role requires you to design, govern, and support McLane's enterprise identity services across on-premises and cloud environments, driving secure and automated access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on IAM, architecture, and security governance experience, collaborating with IT, Cybersecurity, HR, and business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management and related IT disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity and directory technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze identity architecture, business processes, and access models to translate requirements into IAM solutions.
• Evaluate infrastructure, cloud platforms, and SaaS apps for integration opportunities and risks.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
• Coordinate PAM integrations for vaulting, session monitoring, and JIT access.
• Develop tests and validation procedures for IAM solutions.
