Job summary

Charles River Associates seeks a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise identity solutions across Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid environments. You will lead security governance, automation, and privileged access controls in a cloud-first, hybrid posture.

The role requires deep expertise in Entra ID, PIM, CA policies, and SSO integrations, with a strong focus on Zero Trust and regulatory alignment. Travel to CRA offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of hands-on IAM engineering experience.
• Experience designing, deploying and managing PAM environments (Thycotic, CyberArk, or Microsoft PAM).
• Automation of identity lifecycle using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Automation or Logic Apps.
• Implemented Entra ID, Entra ID Governance, PIM and Conditional Access in large environments.
• Hybrid identity architectures including AD DS, Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, federated auth.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity solutions across Entra ID and AD environments.
• Architect secure authentication and authorization services using Entra ID, CA, MFA, and PIM.
• Develop automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification and governance.
• Provide operational support for Entra and AD services, ensure availability and security.
• Establish identity security standards and support audits, with Zero Trust alignment.
