Job summary

Charles River Associates (CRA) seeks a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM with a focus on Microsoft Entra. This role serves as the SME for identity security, privileged access management, identity governance, and non-human identities (NHIs) across hybrid and cloud environments.

You will advance CRA's hybrid cloud strategy through identity platform standardization, governance, and automation-focused workflows, collaborating with IT teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline; Master’s desirable.
• 8-10 years of hands-on IAM experience; senior level expertise.
• Experience with enterprise PAM (Thycotic, CyberArk, or Microsoft PIM).
• Strong automation using PowerShell and cloud APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions with a focus on Microsoft Entra.
• Advise on identity security, governance, and privileged access in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Standardize identity platforms and contribute to automation-first operational practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams and travel to CRA offices as needed.
