Job summary
Charles River Associates is seeking a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM with a focus on Microsoft Entra. You will serve as SME for identity security, privileged access management, governance, and NHIs across hybrid and cloud environments, advancing CRA's hybrid cloud strategy.
You will drive security best practices, collaborate with IT teams, and apply automation using PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure REST.
Qualifications
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise PAM environments.
- Hands-on with Entra ID, Governance, PIM, and CA policies at scale.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
- Comfortable in customer-facing scenarios and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions across Entra ID and hybrid identities.
- Architect secure authentication/authorization using Entra ID, CA, and MFA.
- Develop automation for identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and governance.
- Provide operational support for IAM services and resolve access-related issues.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and App teams; some travel required.
