Charles River Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Identity Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions centered on Microsoft Entra. You will drive identity governance, privileged access controls, and automation across hybrid and cloud environments.

The role requires strong collaboration with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams, with occasional travel to CRA offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; Master’s desirable.
• 8–10 years of hands-on IAM experience with recent focus as IAM Engineer.
• Experience designing, deploying and managing enterprise PAM (Thycotic/CyberArk/Microsoft PAM).
• Automation of identity lifecycle using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Automation or Logic Apps.
• Implemented Entra ID, Entra ID Governance, PIM and Conditional Access in large environments.
• Hybrid identity architectures including AD DS, Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, federation.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise identity solutions across Entra ID, AD, and hybrid environments.
• Architect secure authentication and authorization services using Entra ID, CA, Identity Protection, MFA and PIM.
• Develop automation solutions with PowerShell, Azure REST APIs, Graph and JWT tokens.
• Automate identity provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, and governance processes.
• Provide operational support for Entra and AD services; monitor and troubleshoot identity issues.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security and Application teams to secure enterprise apps.
