Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
• At least 5–7+ years of relevant development experience.
• Experience in IAM, preferably SailPoint.
• 5+ years of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server); cloud experience.
• 8+ years with programming languages like Java; BeanShell, XAML, SQL.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts: Identity Governance, Access Certification, SoD, cloud integrations.
• CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI for continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute technically to IAM solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate across teams to modernize our tech stack and automate processes.
• Develop and implement scalable IAM automation, improving efficiency and user experience.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement within the IAM group.
