A consulting firm is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant in St. Louis to lead the design and deployment of identity governance solutions such as SailPoint and Saviynt. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years in IAM, strong hands-on implementation skills, and a solid understanding of access controls and compliance requirements. This role also involves mentoring junior consultants and providing technical expertise during client engagements. Formación

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in IAM with a focus on IGA solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience with SailPoint and/or Saviynt IGA.
• Experience designing and implementing access reviews and RBAC models.

• Gather business, compliance, and technical requirements for clients.
• Conduct workshops to align governance programs with regulatory requirements.
