Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain and troubleshoot Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to translate business requirements into technical delivery and to implement governance across identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC or Saviynt.
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver, certification, and access request processes.
• Knowledge of access reviews, entitlement governance, and provisioning workflows.
• Understanding of RBAC and role lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM policies, connectors, and rules for policy violations.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, rules, and third-party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools across enterprise environments.
• Design and architect IAM solutions, and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Leverage Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, SSO in IAM implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security and privacy policies.
