Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM solutions for diverse clients. You will configure connectors, workflows, and certifications across platforms such as SailPoint and Saviynt, while aligning security controls with business goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC or Saviynt).
• Experience with RBAC, access certification, and entitlement governance.
• Knowledge of regulatory and audit-driven IAM controls and SoD requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions across Saviynt/SailPoint portfolios.
• Configure connectors, workflows, forms, certifications, and access requests.
• Implement and manage enterprise IAM tools including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA and SSO.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Support integrations across directories and governance platforms.
• Travel to client engagements as required.
