Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, and troubleshoot Enterprise Identity solutions across a diverse client base. You will implement Saviynt or SailPoint platforms, integrate with Active Directory and Entra ID, and help clients align security with business goals in a global, collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, policy design, and partnerships with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt/EIC).
• Experience implementing RBAC and entitlement governance.
• Knowledge of SoD, access reviews, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Developing IAM policies and configuring connectors and rules.
• Implementing and maintaining IAM tools and integrations.
• Designing solutions translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Leveraging AD/Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO for access management.
