Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Cyber Defense Engineer III to work across cloud security, IAM, and infrastructure protection. The role handles cyber recovery, DR engineering, application security, DevSecOps, security tooling and data loss prevention, performing increasingly complex security engineering tasks within the assigned domain.

Under limited supervision, you will design, implement, and support secure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to development and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field with 5–8 years experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of latest technology trends.
• Ability to communicate complex procedures to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Impact on one or more areas, functions or processes.
• Designs interfaces between ERP and legacy systems.
