Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Cyber Defense Engineer IV to tackle complex security challenges across cloud, IAM, and DevSecOps. You will design secure interfaces, troubleshoot production systems, and implement robust defense mechanisms while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of related experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports complex cyber defense engineering activities across cloud security and IAM.
• Designs interfaces between ERP and legacy systems and provides production support.
• Uses back-end and front-end scripting to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Codes logic for new or existing software following design specifications.
• Installs, configures, develops, monitors, and upgrades software products.
• Keeps up-to-date records of issues and monitors application quality and performance.
