Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Senior Architect for Identity and Access Management to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing modernization of IAM services across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to deliver scalable identity solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with strong experience in IAM.
• Experience implementing IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML/OIDC), PAM, IGA, and directory services.
• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and identity-centric security models.
• Experience working with compliance, audit, and access governance requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and operational effectiveness.
• Define and maintain architecture standards for authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access.
• Support integration of IAM capabilities across cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise systems.
• Drive enhancements to core IAM services including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, IGA, PAM, and directory services.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams to align IAM solutions with broader technology standards.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into IAM solutions.
