Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/InfoSec or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management, with 5+ years as Lead/Principal IAM Architect in a Fortune 500 or hyper-scale enterprise.
• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Kerberos.
• Experience across IdPs (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta) and IGA (SailPoint IdentityIQ), PAM (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault).
• Lead identity discovery, tenant consolidation, and domain migration workstreams across complex organizations.
• Familiarity with SOX 404 ITGC controls, HIPAA, and data sovereignty considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM standards and reference blueprints (SSO, IGA, directory services).
• Act as architectural authority for third‑party integrations and migration patterns.
• Design hybrid/multi‑cloud IAM bridges (AD/ADFS to cloud and SaaS ecosystems).
• Architect ZSP/JIT access patterns with PAM and CIEM to reduce attack surface.
• Lead cross‑domain consolidation of IdPs and seamless SSO deployment.
• Oversee NHIM/ISPM adoption and scalable identity roadmaps for rapid growth and M&A.
