Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior IAM Engineer to own the enterprise identity and access management roadmap, centered on Okta. You will architect, automate, and secure access for employees, contractors, and partners while partnering with IS, Security, Engineering, and People Systems.

You will improve onboarding/offboarding reliability, expand automation across the identity ecosystem, and mentor other engineers.

Qualifications

• Deep Okta expertise in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and identity governance.
• Proven ability to automate onboarding, changes, and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the IAM roadmap and architecture with Okta at the core.
• Design and improve onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Build integrations between Okta and Workday, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and more.
• Drive automation with Okta Workflows, APIs, Terraform, and scripting.
• Lead identity governance initiatives and least-privilege controls.
• Mentor engineers and establish repeatable IAM engineering standards.
