Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Senior Engineer to design, scale, and modernize identity systems for over 50,000 global employees and distribution operations. You will lead M&A identity strategies, build cross-cloud federation, and champion ZSP and JIT access controls.

The role emphasizes enterprise IGA, RBAC, and PAM integration, with responsibilities spanning HRIS integration, vendor evaluation, and governance across SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management; 5+ years as Lead/Principal Enterprise IAM Architect preferred.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Kerberos.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce enterprise IAM architecture standards (SSO, IGA, directory services).
• Lead cross-domain identity consolidation across multiple IdPs and enterprise directories.
• Design hybrid/multi-cloud IAM bridges linking on-prem AD/ADFS with GCP/AWS/Azure and SaaS ecosystems.
