EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a broad range of Enterprise IAM solutions. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to address complex access governance, risk and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IAM experience across governance and administration.
• Experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt).
• Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and access provisioning workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM policies, connectors, and rules (Saviynt/SailPoint).
• Configure enterprise IAM tools and third‑party integrations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IAM solutions and governance processes.
• Design and architect IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Leverage AD, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in IAM implementations.
• Support RBAC and entitlement governance across environments.
