Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design, implement, and support complex IAM solutions for diverse clients. You will craft policies, configure connectors, and deliver technical solutions across AD, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, translate business needs into technical specs, and ensure governance and risk controls are embedded in deployments. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms.
• Deep understanding of joiners/movers/leavers, certification and access request processes.
• Experience with access reviews, entitlement governance and provisioning workflows.
• Knowledge of RBAC and role lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Developing Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules to detect policy violations.
• Configuring Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third-party integrations.
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining enterprise IAM tools.
• Designing and architecting solutions, alongside process design and re-engineering.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering techncial solutions.
• Leveraging Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA and SSO capabilities.
