Qualifications

• 6+ years of Identity and Access Management experience with deep expertise in authentication and governance.
• 3+ years in identity architecture, strategy, and roadmap planning in an enterprise environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Architecture: develop long-term IAM strategy and standards for services.
• Security: engage in architecture reviews, implement NIST-aligned controls, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Automation & Innovation: drive automation with AI and cloud-native tooling; build IaC across multi-cloud.
• Multi-functional Collaboration: partner with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations; mentor staff.
