Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking an Identity Operations Service Lead to direct the US Identity Operations team and shape the long‑term roadmap for identity platforms and tooling. You will drive automation, governance, and incident management in a fast‑paced security focused environment.

Remote with travel to Indianapolis; hybrid onsite options available. A strong background in IAM, security operations, and vendor partnerships is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 8+ years in Identity & Access Management and 8+ years in enterprise IT ops.
• 5+ years of people management in a 24/7 environment.
• 3+ years defining governance and roadmaps for operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and develop the US Identity Operations team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Identity Operations and tooling.
• Lead incident management as a senior escalation point and drive post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Identity leads, Architects, and Cybersecurity leaders to align on strategy and governance.
• Engage with vendors to support Operations platforms and tooling.
