FanDuel in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join its Enterprise Identity Engineering team. You will architect and implement scalable identity solutions that strengthen our security posture while enabling seamless business operations.

Qualifications

Hands-on IAM engineering across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments.
Proficiency with AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and LDAP/AD.
Experience with OAuth, SAML, OIDC, MFA, and SSO architectures.
Experience with IAM provisioning, workflows, and governance automation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement an enterprise IAM architecture across cloud, SaaS, and on‑premise systems.
Lead identity lifecycle: provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and governance automation.
Implement MFA, SSO, and identity federation across platforms.
Develop IAM automation via APIs, IaC, and orchestration tools.
Drive Terraform adoption for identity infra‑as‑code.
Build identity monitoring, analytics, and incident response capabilities.
Integrate IAM with HRIS and business apps for JML workflows.
Ensure policy enforcement and auditability across AWS, Okta, GitHub, Atlassian, etc.
Lead passwordless/deployment of security keys and device access controls.
Participate in RBAC/ABAC design and least-privilege implementation.
Document IAM standards, runbooks, dashboards, and metrics.
