FanDuel Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Atlanta-based team. You will build a world-class login experience in our Access pillar, focusing on Registration, Authentication, User Identity, and Verification across the FanDuel platform.

You will work in empowered, multidisciplinary teams, tackle complex problems, and deliver secure, scalable software for millions of players. Expect mentorship, design discussions, and opportunities to improve tooling and processes across

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong experience building distributed, highly scalable backend systems & APIs using Java and Python or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and technologies, preferably AWS, plus DevOps concepts like containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with testing concepts, test tools, and SDLC best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build login/authentication and account-security features across FanDuel platform.
• Lead design discussions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and process improvements.
• Deliver secure, maintainable code with attention to performance and scalability.
