Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a data entry specialist to review and process documentation, perform repetitive, high-quality editing tasks, and complete a daily list of cases from a supervisor. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed (1 case every 7 minutes), and proficiency with Word and Excel.

This is a fully remote contract-to-hire position based out of Des Moines, IA. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility and a supportive team environment.

Description

Core responsibilities for the data entry team are around review and transaction processing of documentation and follow up for missing documentation needed. Responsible for reviewing and processing documentation - will be given a list of tasks each day from their supervisor and will be required to complete the list before the end of the day. These tasks include sending out electronic letters for address changes, updating accounts with address changes and creating change requests, reviewing editing and processing contact details.

A day in the life will consist of having a "TO DO" list in the morning - they will pull up cases in the system, review cases, process work, and perform follow ups where needed. This work will be repetitive and "heads down" processing work. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel when editing letters or completing tasks.

This work is held to quality and production standards! This role is required to complete 1 case every 7 minutes. Easy, repetitive work. This role requires someone to get through a lot of work with strong quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
