You will apply IaC practices using PowerShell and Python, triage complex incidents, and perform root cause analysis to drive incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC) with scripting in PowerShell and Python.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis in a technical support environment.
• Experience with IT service management best practices and incident resolution processes.
• Familiarity with security considerations in automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while implementing IaC.
• Provide advanced support for complex incidents and perform thorough root cause analysis with effective solutions.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases; train new hires and coach analysts to enhance team capabilities.
• Resolve complex tickets within SLAs using IaC tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work to improve CSAT by ensuring timely resolutions and proactively addressing security threats.
