Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and schedules within tolerances.
• Define and develop project scope, goals and deliverables with the project owner.
• Develop cost and schedule estimates based on vendor data and market conditions.
• Coordinate bid package preparation and procurement activities.
• Coordinate interfaces among engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Support drawings, RFIs, change orders, and documentation updates.
• Ensure modifications are documented and handed to operations on completion.
