Venture Global LNG in Houston is seeking an Engineer, Product Service - I&C to lead technical resolution of OFE issues and drive improvements across the project lifecycle. The role requires coordinating with Operations and Engineering teams and equipment suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.

You will establish and monitor KPIs, drive risk mitigation plans, and report performance to senior leadership while guiding cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management or equipment delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong LNG industry knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage KPIs to measure OFE management effectiveness.
• Develop processes for managing technical solutions across OEM equipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering and suppliers to resolve OFE issues.
• Oversee root cause analysis and implement preventative and corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate risks in operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Build strong relationships with operations, engineering, suppliers and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
