Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Understanding of the LNG industry and related equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Program and/or project management skills with a working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for OFE.
• Develop and implement strategies for technical solutions.
• Coordinate with teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure project success.
• Track OFE delivery performance using data analytics.
• Prepare reports on OFE performance for senior leadership.
