Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Instrument & Control at the Callaway Energy Center in mid-Missouri. The role directs skilled personnel in maintenance, replacement, installation and removal of I&C equipment to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Instrumentation) with 5+ years in I&C; nuclear plant Ops or I&C experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in instrumentation.
• Five or more years experience in Instrumentation and Controls.
• Nuclear power plant operations or I&C experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, test and perform corrective maintenance of instruments and controls at Callaway Energy Center.
• Supervise I&C technicians or assign to work as directed during outages.
• Control measuring and test equipment per OQAM requirements.
• Supervise predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance and surveillance testing.
• Plan, schedule and assign work; assist Planning & Scheduling as needed.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of manpower and resources; maintain high equipment reliability.
• Ensure documentation of completed work is complete and accurate.
• Perform special studies and projects as assigned by Maintenance leadership.
• Take on Emergency Response Organization duties per RERP.
