Job summary

Ameren Corporation is seeking an Engineer for the Callaway Energy Center, a nuclear facility in Missouri. The Engineer will provide technical expertise for the safe and efficient operation of the power plant and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role includes managing technical programs, performing evaluations, and supporting maintenance operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and strong analytical skills. A competitive salary range of $71,100 - $172,200 is offered, along with other incentives.

Qualifications

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Registration preferred.
• Previous Nuclear Utility experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and follow strict procedures.
• Ability to meet plant access, security screening, and fitness-for-duty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical Programs, Systems, Components, and Design.
• Ensure compliance with NRC regulations and industry standards.
• Support maintenance during outages and provide technical expertise.
• Develop and revise engineering documents and technical specifications.
