SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to lead the design, programming, and management of automated control systems for scientific instruments and production facilities. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in relevant roles.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or software engineering or equivalent experience.
Knowledge in I&C systems, hardware, software, theory of operation, testing, qualification, and plant start-ups.
Ability to think strategically and take decisive action.
Ability to critically evaluate information and ask questions when things don't make sense.

Responsibilities

Set the technical and operational pace for the group.
Direct end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional planning, and communicate with stakeholders, project managers, and leadership.
Align software architecture with business strategy.
Mentorship of team members and strengthening team culture.
Represent the technical team outward to the organization and align engineering with business goals.
