Job summary

Stellix is seeking a Senior I&C Engineer II to own the largest, most complex I&C scopes with limited oversight. You will lead control system hardware design and field execution, directing technical work and ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes for proposals, estimates, and turnover.

Reporting to the Manager, I&C Engineering, you will mentor engineers, resolve difficult design issues, and interact with customers, vendors, and project teams. Travel 30-50% within New England is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related experience.
• Master's degree preferred in related field is a plus.
• SME level knowledge in controls theory and hardware design.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex I&C hardware, panel, instrumentation, and industrial network scopes.
• Own design packages for DCS and PLC control systems hardware.
• Produce UL 508A panel designs and wiring.
• Review engineering work and mentor staff.
• Support sales and project development with FEED studies and BOMs.
