Job summary

TekWissen Group in Sabine Pass, TX seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector to join our Quality & Inspection Team supporting LNG operations at Sabine Pass Terminal.

The role provides independent quality oversight for electrical and instrumentation work, tests, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA, ISA, IEC, API, and project quality requirements; you will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Projects to deliver safe, reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma/associates preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector on LNG/oil & gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of electrical & instrumentation installations, maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Verify compliance with procedures, drawings, work packages, and industry standards (NEC, NFPA, ISA, IEC, API).
• Inspect power distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, cables, grounding, lighting, junction boxes, control systems, and field instrumentation.
• Witness testing activities: continuity, insulation resistance, grounding, functional tests, loop checks, calibration verification.
