Job summary

Centr, LLC is seeking an HYROX Account Operations Manager to drive the Centr x HYROX partnership across brand, activation, creative, and commercial teams. You will manage day-to-day communications, schedules, and strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.

The role blends relationship management with operational excellence, requiring 7+ years in account or partnership management, and a strong ability to plan, document, and execute complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in account or partnership management.
• Experience managing senior-level partnerships or client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement partner strategies.
• Cross-functional project management across creative, commercial and operational teams.
• Experience supporting QBRs, executive meetings, or renewal planning.
• Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison to HYROX and Centr’s brand teams.
• Plan and coordinate allHYROX partnership activities and executive touchpoints.
• Lead partnership meetings with clear agendas, recaps, and action items.
• Develop strategies to deepen the partnership and drive growth.
• Identify and resolve operational friction to improve execution.
• Analyze partnership data and activation trends to spot opportunities.
