Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Modeling & Simulations Engineer to build high-fidelity models for hypersonic systems and integrate them into kill-web simulations.

You will develop robust M&S capabilities across weapons, sensors, and cyber domains, with a focus on AF SIM workflows. You will analyze performance impacts of advanced technologies, deliver actionable metrics, and present executive-level results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years in modeling & simulation software development.
• Experience with C++, Python, MATLAB, and C—on classified programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mission-to-high fidelity models for hypersonic simulations.
• Model weapon system performance in real-world environments.
• Provide M&S analysis for hypersonic capabilities within mission constructs.
• Deliver metrics-based products and executive visualizations.
• Support special studies including data integration and software development.
