Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a Hyperscale Project Superintendent in Columbus to lead onsite construction efforts for data center projects. You will partner with Project Managers, Lead Technicians and field crews to ensure safe, on-time delivery and high-quality results.

The role demands strong leadership, scheduling, and budgeting skills, with a focus on safety and compliance with industry standards. Expect a dynamic environment and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced tech integrator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction (structured cabling or data center experience preferred).
• Experience supervising field staff and coordinating with project teams.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards (BICSI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safety is E2 Optics' number one core value and must be followed on all sites.
• Provide leadership to field staff and guide teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Assist Project Managers and Lead Technicians with planning material acquisition and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators and Sales to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate budgets and resource plans using P6 scheduling data.
• Drive process improvements and ensure quality aligns with customer specifications.
