Job summary

E2 Optics is looking for a Field Supervisor to lead multiple crews on hyperscale data center projects. You will direct daily field execution, enforce safety standards, and translate schedules into actionable plans for Lead Technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or technical degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Network Infrastructure, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, data center, or related construction.
• Hyperscale or large data center experience preferred.
• Experience leading multiple crews or workfronts in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Certifications — OSHA 30, BICSI, fiber certifications, and related qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily execution of 3–5 Lead Technicians and their crews across scopes and phases.
• Maintain near-continuous presence in active work areas and ensure priorities are clear.
• Translate schedules into executable work packages for crews and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on look-ahead planning and material readiness.
• Lead safety enforcement and drive quality and production discipline in the field.
• Coach Leads, manage manpower, and resolve field-level constraints quickly.
