Job summary

Metric DCX is delivering a large-scale data center campus in Texas, seeking experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents. You will lead field operations, coordinate multiple trades, and drive schedules for a high-profile hyperscale project with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in hyperscale construction, preferably 5+ years, and readiness to travel or relocate. On-site role with competitive base salary and annual bonuses, plus relocation support.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in hyperscale data center construction.
• Ideally 5+ years in hyperscale or mission-critical environments.
• Experience as Superintendent or similar role (Senior/MEP/General).
• Willing to travel or relocate; on-site work required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations across active construction areas.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and trade partners.
• Drive project schedules and milestone achievement.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in pull-planning, look-ahead planning, progress meetings.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness.
