Qualifications

• Professional/Chartered Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD) for design reviews.
• Broad knowledge of US government compliance standards.
• Strong control systems knowledge for pumped storage/hydropower projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to liaise with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Review design for BOP systems and interface with Design Subcontractor.
• Develop control system design criteria, instrument lists, DCS diagrams and data sheets.
• Coordinate designs with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plant Design teams.
• Interface with OEMs for control system integration into powerhouse systems.
• Provide Construction & Commissioning support including RFIs and field change evaluations.
• Support construction sequencing and temporary power planning for underground works.
• Participate in testing, energization, and turnover sequencing; support operations readiness.
