Garver, LLC in North Little Rock, AR seeks a Project Manager - Hydrology and Hydraulics to lead municipal and DOT water resources projects. You will supervise analysis, design, and planning with a multidisciplinary team to deliver technically sound solutions for federal and state agencies and municipalities.

You will coordinate client communications, schedule tasks, manage subconsultants, and prepare cost estimates while advancing professional development and project profitability.

Formación

• ABET-accredited BS in civil engineering with water resources emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 7 years relevant consulting/design experience.
• At least 2 years of engineering project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design.
• Experience with HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS required.
• Two-dimensional hydraulic modeling preferred.
• GIS experience applied to H&H modeling and design.
• Proficiency with Microstation, InRoads, GEOPAK/OpenRoads is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design for municipal and DOT clients.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design engineers.
• Manage projects and tasks including scheduling and plan production oversight.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and prepare cost estimates.
• Engage with clients to communicate progress and findings.
