Job summary

Garver in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Project Manager specializing in hydrology and hydraulics to join our Transportation Team.

You will lead hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for municipal and DOT projects, coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineers, manage project tasks and scheduling, and interact with clients and subconsultants.

The role requires PE licensure, a BS in civil engineering with water resources focus, and 7+ years of consulting experience.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in civil engineering or related water resources discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
• 7+ years of consulting and design experience
• 2+ years of engineering project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design
• Experience with HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS; two-dimensional modeling preferred
• Experience with GIS and design software (Microstation, InRoads, GEOPAK/OpenRoads)
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design for municipal and DOT projects
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design engineers; manage project/tasks/scheduling
• Prepare cost estimates and coordinate subconsultants; interact with clients
• Oversee plan production and project quality control
