Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hydrogeology, hydrology, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in hydrogeology.
• Experience interpreting data, addressing data gaps, and communicating findings.
• Ability to scope Arcadis work to meet objectives and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site characterization and conceptual model development for mining projects.
• Direct hydrogeologic investigations, aquifer parameter estimation, and groundwater modelling.
• Prepare work plans, data summaries, and client communications.
• Mentor mid-level staff and support project growth.
