You will lead teams, scope work, and develop proposals while ensuring client expectations are met. The role blends hydrogeologic evaluation with report writing and project planning, with a hybrid work structure that includes remote and office-based work and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, or related field
• 10+ years of related experience
• Strong ability to interpret data and communicate findings
• Experience conducting hydrogeologic investigations at mine sites
• Ability to lead teams and manage project objectives

Responsibilities

• Direct and support site characterization and data analysis for project progression
• Lead teams to address data needs and develop conceptual site models
• Prepare work planning documents and data summary reports
• Travel up to 10% and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
