Arcadis is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to direct site characterization, data analysis, and conceptual model development for mining projects. The role involves leading teams, evaluating information, and delivering projects that meet client expectations.

The successful candidate will contribute to scoping, proposal development, and report writing while working in a flexible, hybrid environment with some field assignments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience conducting hydrogeologic investigations at mine sites.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify data gaps, and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support site characterization, data analysis, and conceptual modeling for projects.
• Lead data evaluation, scoping, and report development to meet client needs.
• Coordinate across disciplines and geographies, mentoring staff and building project teams.
• Travel up to 10% as required by project needs.
