GHD is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist/Business Development Specialist in California with a strong record of client relationships to win new work and lead multidisciplinary hydrogeology and water projects across Irvine, Long Beach, LA, or San Diego. You will mentor a team and guide projects from investigation through design, contributing to regional water resource planning.

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree in geology or hydrogeology is required.
• A master’s degree in geology or hydrogeology is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience is required.
• A California Professional Geologist license is required.
• Certification as a Certified Hydrogeologist is preferred.
• Strong client relationships in the region are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hydrogeological studies that guide well siting, groundwater development, and long-term water resource planning.
• Build client relationships across the region, lead proposals, and win new work that grows our water practice.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams that carry projects from investigation through design.
• Lead and mentor a team of direct reports.
• Lead proposal development for new pursuits.
• Manage the delivery of interdisciplinary projects.
• Perform senior-level quality assurance and quality control reviews.
