GHD is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist/Business Development Specialist to join our California offices in Irvine, Long Beach, Los Angeles, or San Diego. You will lead hydrogeological studies, build regional client relationships, and drive new work while mentoring a small team.

The role combines technical leadership with strategic growth responsibilities and requires a CA-licensed geologist with extensive experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in geology or hydrogeology required.
• Master's degree in geology or hydrogeology preferred.
• California Professional Geologist license required.
• Certified Hydrogeologist (CH) certification preferred.
• Strong client relationships in the region required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hydrogeological studies guiding well siting and groundwater development.
• Build client relationships and win new work; lead proposals.
• Manage projects from start to finish and interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor a team of three to five direct reports.
• Lead proposal development for new pursuits; ensure project delivery.
• Perform senior-level QA/QC reviews.
